Julia Gerasimova

Research Associate Julia Gerasimova is a researcher, educator, and learning experience designer specializing in transformative adult learning and environments that foster personal growth. A PhD candidate in Education, she blends academic rigor with human-centered practice. Julia’s professional training spans instructional design, social-emotional learning, and the design of inclusive learning environments. Her research portfolio includes collaborations with the Institute of Education at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, one of Russia’s leading R&D centers in education, and the World Bank. Today, she develops educational programs for psychologists grounded in ACT and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Guided by the conviction that the best education unites head, heart, and action, her work aims to translate insight into meaningful change.
