Bonnitta Roy

Editorial Review Board Member, Integration Journal

Bonnitta Roy is a contemporary thinker and teacher whose work combines process philosophy, complexity science, and a metamodern sensibility of meaning-making. She writes and speaks about how groups can collaboratively create insight, and how our collective understanding must evolve in an era of ecological and social crisis. Roy is known for her concepts of “open participatory organizations” and “action protocols,” for coining the idea of “complex potential states,” and for exploring how society might undergo a “time between worlds” transformation of consciousness. She teaches consciousness and transpersonal psychology, leads insight workshops, and has contributed to journals and books on systems and emergent change.
